Default Can't Get AP to connect to PC

I have been using my AP for two years. I just updated my Manager two days ago. The AP has been having issues automatically connecting to the PC lately. Now, when I connect my AP the PC cannot even read it. I check Device Manager and it says it is an unknown device. Sometimes when I connect the AP to my computer the screen will scroll through all the main menu selections repeatedly until I push a button to stop it. What is going on? Do I need a new AP? Without the AP syncing I cannot even check to see if there is an update to manager etc.

Please help!!

Hi there. Sorry for your troubles.

I would go ahead and uninstall your AP Manager software, reboot and then download the latest software from the page below. Install it and then give it a try again.

Thank you. It is weird but now it is working for now. I saw that a screw fell out of it before it started going bonkers. I found it on the floor of my car and Installed it. Then I tightened the other two screws. The fourth screw is under the do not remove sticker so I didn't mess with it.

Well I decided to loosen the three screws and presto it worked again. Not sure if that is the fix or just luck. I'll call if I continue to have issues this weekend.
