I don't know who is going to the meet in Nashville @ Dave 'n Busters on May 11 but I cannot go. Just found a job that pays more but the meet is still on. Unless you guys decide not to go and make it for a later date.

What are you looking to get done? Just a baseline pull?

No, I'm trying to find a dyno so I can re tune my sti for the new mods + e85. It's running like crap right now.

Every time I try and contact those guys they never pick up the phone and the. Email address doesn't work either. I'd love to give them money so they can tune my car and I won't have to deal with it running like ****.

Why would you not go to fastech or forged? Who would you recommend?

Well, you can contact Scott Siegel but I don't know if he's still tuning but here's his website or IWSTI. The closest one here that's worth anything compared to everyone else is TopSpeed. Or you can get an e-tune, from what I hear Maxwell Power does pretty damn good. Here's his website.

Phatron or sti Mikey with phatbotti etuning.thats if you want a thorough and spot on tune.topspeed is ok. I much preferred my phatron etune over Doug's map. The logs were better and the map just looked smoother. A good tune takes time.

So might there be some interest in flying in a no **** awesome tuner that can do great road tunes? They just installed an e85 pump two miles from my house and I am itching to take a swig of the corn juice but my tuner is in Columbus, Oh. and I don't want anyone else touching my car. I could make some inquiries if people were really interested, otherwise I will be going up there this summer to get it done.

Did some work to my garage and met a couple of cool local subie owners today. Today was a good day. Now can someone please send the number for fastech.lol. I have some important work to do on the STI and then it's off to the dyno for a tune finally.

Default About Firestone!

Sooooo I know this is late as hell......... but Firestone here in clarksville does not have an alignment rack capable of tuning Subaru's. Due to the stock negative camber and crap they will mess up your tires!
My husband bought new falken tires that didn't make it to a year old and half of the warranty because of their alignment. They tried to get us to buy thier bullcrap lifetime alignment crap so they can keep trying to fix it. I made them buy me new tires (cause I don't mess around) and I took it to wyatt johnson to have chris primm their head mechanic do it and fixed the problem.
However I have purchased tires from firestone and love the tires I have on my sti but I will never have them do an alignment!
