Default oT parents and parents to be, how'd you handle the wife being pregnant

morning sickness, being uncomfortable, etc..... how long did it take to go away, or did it? anything make it feel better? my wife is on the phone crying because she didn't get pregnant just to feel bad. etc..... etc.....

yeah, i know that. did you think it was going to be easy?

i know lots of life can suck hard, whether it's being pregnant or whatever, all i know is nobody said it was going to be easy.

i'm just venting really. should be a fun next few months

Same here. My wife had no trouble with sickness. She really didn't change much except her memory was kind of whack. She wanted to clean a bit more than usual too. The morning sickness typically goes away within the first couple months though.

Has she been to the doctor at all yet? Tell her not to take any medicines until she gets a list of allowed medicines from her doctor.

Vitamin B6 will also help in low doses. Sea-bands (on the wrist) also help as well as Saltine crackers.

My wifey is 23 weeks pregant with twins. She was very lucky and had little to no morning sickness.

Morning sickness usually does go away after 10-12 weeks.

My wife had no issues with the first pregnancy. The second pregnancy she was ill for the entire thing. She ended up having to take a prescription that is usually for chemo patients to stop the vomiting. She was miserable.

I worked alot.

Suggest the stairs when they are an option to take, knowing your female is clumsy and not graceful.
