We ordered our's on 12/18 and are impatiently waiting...
haha I saw you there test driving it. I had the black 4 door that was parked on the side of the building. I bought mine from Monte.

Haha! Did you buy yours that day?

So far, its been a great experience from Hatfield. We were told invoice on an ordered car and the test drive was the way it should be: The salesman (Victor) started the car for us, put a plate on it and said go that way to find some nice roads. He didn't treat my wife and I like kids that were going to go beat on a new car. He didn't feel the need to sit in the back seat and tell us everything we already know about the car and take us on a predetermined 4 mile test drive on the highway.

We said lets order it. They got the sales manager in the office and ordered the car right in front of us so we know its just the way we want it.

There is a Suby dealership near the airport that was quite the opposite experience.

I bought mine about a week before that, but It was shipped in from Lansing MI. I dropped off my trade and picked it up that day. I had a great experience as well, everyone there was cool and they didn't treat me like an idiot trying to sell a car to me. I told em what I wanted, and they found it for me. Didn't even charge me to transport the car down to Columbus. I definitely will recommend Hatfield to everyone I see. Just a warning, your car probably will come with the same tires mine has, they SUCK in this crappy weather.
I'm currently shopping for a wheel/tire combination for it. I have been asking around on here and haven't had any responses. On tirerack.com and all of the other sites, when you select a 2012 model year, there are no wheels that fit the car supposedly. Do the 2011 spec wheels fit our 2012 cars? I think they have the same bolt pattern but I want to be sure before I buy them....

None taken. I can't say there hasn't been some chaos but I'm hoping the smoke is clearing and things are getting back to normal. I hope one day you'll poke your head back in and like what you see again.

Yea, its coming in with summer tires so I need to get something for the winter before the car comes in.

I'm sure the wheels are the same between '11 and '12. I'm planing on getting some 16" Dunlop winter sports and some cheap aluminum wheels probably from tire rack too. I can't handle steelies!

Yeah the deals on tirerack are way better than the shops around here will give us. And when you mention tire rack they get pissed off lol.

Blizzex tires do pretty good. I used to drive my moms legacy wagon in high school with them on the front (was only fwd) and they handled ;-)

not sure if they are studded when you buy them, but the ones i have are studded. but just found out today that they wont fit under my car ( lowered 1.5 inches all the way around) so until i get a forester or legacy outback... i have no use for them. Practically brand new

Maybe that's for the better. Studded tires in Ohio is probably not good. Might even be illegal. They would just get worn down on the dry roads most of the time while chewing the roads up.

So I got the dreaded fast flashing turn signal on my wrx at about 500 miles...headed to Hatfield Subaru for my appointment. Along with the rear trim panel rattling insanely loud. We shall see how this goes..

Went to the dealer. They said it was the turn signal bulb. I advised them that I changed it already. Got a new harness installed with more slack so it didn't short out.
