Me too. I will pay extra for the oil drain plug cutout but will have a fumoto valve installed at my next oil change to make draining easier. You can go to the get-primitive website and see installation pics and how the finished product looks installed. Pretty nice. Damn I need more overtime...

I'm assuming none of those rally lights/LEDs will be street legal?

not really, kinda. someone correct me if i am wrong, but you can only have four lights on at a time. same reason why your fogs turn off when your high beams are on. so if you have head lights and these lights on, you should be fine. headlights, foglights, and rally = no. headlights, high beams, rally lights = no.

for 60 bucks or so, not a bad price. someone buy this and report back. i am tempted but my state doesnt require a front plate and my car isn't stainless steel nor black so this will stand out. and a light bar is only going to be about 3 times this price and it wont come with lights.

Its only 22 bucks if you just get the license plate mount. I'm not sure of the quality of their lights so that's what I did. I ordered one and it says it should be here Tuesday. I'll post some pics as soon as I have it installed and give you guys my opinion of the product!

Yeah this is definitely not an ideal set up, I'm just looking for something temporary till they make a brush guard for our vehicles. We'll see how it works though.

I'll be waiting for your photos and feedback. The bracket shouldn't come into contact with the bumper and scratch it?

It depends... here in CT we are required to have front plates, so on my car I opted for the front license plate mount. For me the light mount goes right on this plastic piece and is not in contact with my bumper

Front plates are required by law in BC as well, so the light bracket will mount on the license plate frame, which shouldn't scratch my bumper hopefully. Thanks.

Lights are installed!! OK so the mount itself is great. Way better metal then I was expecting, very sturdy. I mounted hella black magic 500s on mine. Driving home there was very minimal beam bounce. I know someone was concerned about that. The beam only bounced a tiny bit over decently rough back roads. Unfortunately its dark out so I don't have pictures now, will try to post some tomorrow. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend it to those looking for a cheap way to mount lights.

I'm actually considering buying another mount and putting it on upside down to mount some flood lights

Is it good enough to the point that you would consider keeping it on your car long term?
