If you have any issues just email the company itself via the web site. I emailed them yesterday and they got back to me within hours. Betcha they might have a phone number too!

Maybe you should read the posts within the thread before you make sarcastic remarks bud. The issue of rear struts clunking has been posted here to inform everyone and isc as a group effort to share everyones experiences. I personally have talked to isc multiple times if you read in the first place. How else would I personally have gotten two replacement struts? No need for tough guy sarcasm please.

If I hurt your feelings, get over it!

You get more accomplished when you talk to somebody first hand instead of posting on a forum.

More than half the issues on here are because of their own installation issues.

I personally waited 27 days before I got a set of these in my hand after payment. Was I irritated? Yes! I called up ISC and ImportImage and got answers. They are great product for the price! And I Actually USE them whether its track days or parking lot bashing with the SCCA! Like every weekend.

Communication is Key.

Buts thats just my TOUGH GUY Sarcasm talking.

This thread is here so others can read the posts and see what us, the owners of this manufacturer's products, are going through. Now please stop swaying the thread off topic.

Pmed you chump.

And on another note.

I have had these on with No issues for about 8000 miles. Some very intense track days and they performed really well.

I think this idiot wants a golden sticker from isc. Noone cares. Many of us daily drive on them. Summer track days have nothing to do with winter daily driving. They perform magical during the average 70 degree days. Stress occurs when driving over uneven roadways and bumps. Not smooth parking lots and tracks making turns that provide the strut with 50% of the abuse it takes on city streets.

This is a review thread.

You have posted what issues you are having and received replacements and your still having issues.

That really sucks!

I am betting you did something wrong on the install.

The odds of you getting 3 bad coils are really slim. Really Slim!

And really why would you buy these and put them on right before winter!

Take it to a shop and have them do it! Leave it to the professionals.

And the pms you sent me stating that you are going to break my fingers, although I found them entertaining were a bit childish.

Which I did report to mods. I am sure they got a kick out of them too!

Now I hope you had a Great Thanksgiving but go back to the childerens table.

Us adults want to stay on task use this forum for making our vehicles perform better!

Back to the review thread! Please!

This is proof you dont read any posts bud. Ive had these on since june. Im a licensed aircraft mechanic in flight control development for sikorsky. Before that I was an auto mechanic for sovereign mercedes benz. This is my third coilover manufacturer I have used and installed. Im pretty damn sure I can install simple suspension components. Go back to your desk job. Stop adding input not wanted here.

Something might be in there (sand or grime), try cleaning/ greasing it a bit. Nothing to worry about unless it starts acting strange.

I had the same issue. Unscrew the clicker and blow some air through the top. Worked for me.

finally discovered the rear clunking noise for the 10k/8k coilovers for those that are interested. essentially with the coilovers set at zero preset, the struts are at their top position (seen in last picture), and being that the springs are so stiff they have no room to move.

The clunk is the strut bottoming out on the top of the unit while rebounding (extending)

I can see on both struts where it has been hitting upwards causing the strut to leak.

I re-installed the new struts so that the springs "droop" about a half inch on the perches and now all is good!

You should be able to adjust them without taking them off. After you loosen the small gold height adjustment locking collar use the locked large gold collar as a leverage point with the spanner tool to spin the entire assemble in or out of the bottom mount.
If that doesn't work, relieve the spring of preload and that will allow you to adjust without any tension.

If the car is jacked up and supported from the unibody, there is no reason you should have trouble adjusting the rears. Maybe you could take pictures of what you are doing?
