i figure these questions would fall in this forum...

1. would a busted oxygen sensor fall under warrenty?
2. what is the going rate of a full syth oil change from the dealer? (dont have the time )

1. No, it is a wear and tear item, like brake pads.
2. Way too much, they not only overcharge you for the labor, they overcharge you for the oil too. I say take the time to do it yourself cause it could cost upwards of $50 just for an oil change.

but if you think 50$ is bad i heard a horror story of lexus charging 250$ for an oil change!

the 02 sensor is covered under your bumper to bumper warranty, 3 years 36,000 miles.

If you bring the oil to the dealer, they shouldnt charge you nemore than a regular oil change.

When I was on vacation I had my oil changed by a subie dealer, I brought them mobil 1 synthetic, and they actually charged me less because I brought the oil .

definately bring your own oil. 5w30 mobil 1 from walmart <19 for 5 qrts. the dealer would charge you like 30 for 4 qrtrs!
