OH NOOOOOOOO!!!!

I'm deeply saddened by this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2424698758

come one 1 bid at 25K!!! it's worth WAY more than an STi...
probably the most widly recognized WRX next to the rally car. I think it's been in something like 20 magazines.

and this too:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2424431001

if either goes for less than 30K I'm just gonna shoot myself

Dude I talked to the owner of the Sparco WRX and he was a really awesome person. I think I know the reserve. He told me that he was selling his car and he wants atleast $40k.

This is pretty daring but I think blue doesn't go very will with the MPB. Maybe a silver or white if you don't want those pieces in black.

BEN just my opinion

BTW: The folding of the plate on the front is kinda cool! I have never seen that before... its neat!

OK, but just because something is different does not mean that it is necessarily better.

This isn't even in the same ball park as "art." Not even the same sport. Looks more like Franken-car than a work of art to me.

And, I agree. Pick an accent color and stick w/ it. You have a black car w/ WRB plastic parts, a silver grille, and gold wheels.

Oh, what do I care. I don't have to drive it...

That is the worst WRX ever!!

I don't know why I feel so strongly about it but it's just wrong.

ART is right there in front of you, you simply do not appreciate it in this case. ART is not a carbon copy. i stopped by a tuner show a few weeks ago, guys standing around there cars that all looked the same. It was quite the lame show. I suppose to the typical style-less it could have been amazing. Give the man some credit perhaps this could be great in the end.
Another, if you are in this gallery you are looking for ideas and reviewing others works. Dont crap on this scene. If you want to see the same design in a car throughout this thread , then be a fukwad as you call yourself and perhaps this could happen.

nelly keep ideas rollin, forget the f-wads.

I think it is cool he is doing something different.

Black/White played out

Black/Silver Played out

Black/Carbon Fiber played out (which I am still going for with mine.)

BTW: I think polished lips look sweet so shut up! You have a blue hood scoop so who are you to talk??? Just kidding!

those blue accents are hideous. sorry if this comes out as a flame, i just dont see how you could look at that and say, 'yes, that looks really good. i think ill keep it.'

sometimes its just better to go with the flow of things. if youre worried about your car standing out from the others, paint the entire car some crazy ass color or something.

the combination of blue/black/silver/chrome/gold/white/etc just clash rediculously imo.

but feh, to each their own.

Whoa, pal, YOU'RE the one flying off the handle. The point of this thread may be to share our black cars with one another, but the point of this FORUM is to voice an OPINION. As I said, it looks like Franken-car TO ME. I did not say that is fact. Did you really think everyone would love your idea?

You also said the grille you replaced is UGLY. Should we then assume that you think all of our cars are ugly because we have the stock ones? I believe that would be your OPINION and certainly not a fact. And that is exactly how I took it.

If you want to see my car, just look through this thread. There are several posts about it here. (Page 16 has latest still and list of mods, page 19 has some action shots.)

Come back and talk smack when you get some performance mods. Until then, suck it up and take the good with the bad.

Wow Van Go. Is that how the real artist spelled his name?

Anyhow Nelly, cool tat. Not cool hodge podge of parts and colors.

Now all you need to top off your ride is a Salvage Title
