don't know if this is gonna help you at all , but my injectors are scaled @ 4820.of course this my not work @ all for your car.it takes awhile to get the scaling dailed in.just try to get the A/F correction & A/F learned as close to +/- 5% as possible.it doesn't have to be exact, just a close as possible.for example if your A/F correct. is -4% & your A/F learned is +3% it falls withnin the +/-5% range.also your gonna need to reset the ECU a few times to get the A/F learned back to 0.BTW do you have an intake on the car? if so put the stock air box back on.get the injectors scaled than you can tune for the intake.

I do have the stock intake. I did get the a/f within the +/- 5% but my a/f ratios were off from what i was aking for. Then i checked the A/F imediate and learned again and they were way off. Just seems like my a/f is closer with a larger scale number. I though that my number should be closer to what you have considering how much these are suopposed to flow.

i almost forgot , but are you running a walboro 255?i'm currently running the 255.or i could just be that each batch of injectors flow different from each other.

also try and readjust your tip in values. Bigger injectors requires smaller numbers there too.

Here is a link to another discussion: http://www.wrxforum.com/cgi-bin/ulti...;f=15;t=000102

Here is the formula i gave in that thread:

em injector value:W
Tip in cell value: Y
Hacked injector value: Z

Z X Y
----- = approximate value
W

This is based on the theory that injector scaling and tip in numbers are based on lowering open time.

Example Using crazymike's number on an 04 WRX:

4200 x 151
----------- = 98.45
6442

6442 = oem value
4200 = crazy mike's value for correct idling
151 = oem number for top cell in tip in adjustment
98.45= new value for that cell.

You might wanna add a little bit on top of this just to play it safe. But if the relationaship between open time for constant fuel and tip in the same this formula should get you pretty close to teh ball park.
