Lightbulb The Official Non-Snob Beer Drinker's Thread

Hi, I am dr_wheel and I am not a beer snob. This is my story. This thread should NOT be used for "talking down" or ridiculing of beer brands/types. It's main purpose is to list the beers that you like... thus the Non-Snob tag.

Weapon(s) of choice: Miller Lite, Yuengling Lager, Yuengling Black & Tan, Coors Original, Sam Adams Light, Harpoon Ale, Harp Lager, Bass, Killian's Irish Red, Guinness Draught, Murphy's Irish Stout, Boddingtons Pub Ale.

Good old stand-by (daily drinker): Miller Lite.

What are your drinks of choice?

Side note: PBR drinkers will not be ridiculed here, though may be subject to light jabs.

Most of the time I can be found drinking Coors Light or Yuengling Lager.

Every once in a while I'll indulge in a Yuengling Black and Tan, Miller light, or Natty Light.

My favorite: Is it on sale and in 24oz cans? PBR.

Otherwise: Guinness (can), Harp, Miller Light, Blue/Blue light, or if it says beer on the label.

Heineken or Stella are the daily drinkers. I'll pretty much drink anything.

I drank Bud Light on Sunday, and it tasted really good. Although this was after finishing a half marathon, and it was hot out.

Budweiser (regular...none of this light or gold crown or whatever the hell they got now).

But Safeway has been selling Henry Weinhard's at discount recently. I love me some Private Reserve!

Sierra Nevada is great...and I've been known to go with the Dos XX from time to time.

I don't know about best beer, but the worst beer I've had is Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat. That stuff is foul.
