Added a new Subie to the family...
A couple of weeks ago, my wife told me that she was getting tired of driving a manual, and wanted to know if I was open to getting an automatic for her. She spent about a week and a half looking at Craigslist, and found an 05 Legacy GT wagon. Yesterday evening were met the owner at our local Subie specialist. They pronounced it basically sound. After a brief negotiation, were settled on a price, drove down to BECU, got him a cashier's check, and we now have a nice black wagon in our driveway!
On a related note, we now have a beautiful, low mileage 2013 Fiat 500C Abarth for sale!

Just a quick update - as one might expect with 178K miles, the chassis had a fair share of rattles. At the last oil service, I had Roo-pair replace all of the front suspension bushings and also replace a non-OEM front axel with a Subaru part (ouch - spendy for this one). Also had them install a few replacement interior trim pieces, and the car is now quite transformed. Almost all suspension rattles are now gone, and the car is driving almost like new. Next oil service will see the install of a Cusco rear sway bar, and really that should wrap up the mechanical reconditioning required...
