Well logically I would assume they'd just bolt right in. I mean, if the v7 seats will bolt right into a GDB and the v7 seats will bolt right into a GC8, then i'd assume GDB's would bolt into a GC8.

Yes it will fit, it's 4 bolts per seat. Plan on spending between 15-50 minutes. I think the bolt is 14mm? maybe 15mm?

Default Yes they fit...

There are only a few visual thing that aren't 100% with the rear seat swap:

1) Door panels don't match seat pattern...duh.
2) The "gap" in the seat bottom.
3) There is a space between the seat back and the package tray that you can see the seat foam when you look into the car from the back window.
4) The upper sides of the seat back are sorta wedged into the sides since it's a bit narrower on the GC.

I don't have the cargo passthrough working because I couldn't get the parts needed before the donor WRX had to be taken away.

The front seats swap w/o much hassle.

For F R double E, this was the bestest mod I've do to my car so far.

I don't get it. What parts do you need to get the passthrough working? I thought it's just a simple openning and wahlah, there is the rear trunk space.

The GC Imprezas have a single horizontal reinforcement bar that goes across the bulkhead opening. The GD Imprezas have two vertical reinforcement bars that go across this opening.

The sound deadening material (corrugated plastic panel and felt/rubber pad) are also different due to the passthrough.

I couldn't get these item off the donor WRX in time to make it work properly and I didn't want to sacrifice the noise levels in my car to just pull the sound deadening to use the passthrough.

I've got a nice armrest back there now. If I ever take my Scooby to go snowboarding I'll just get a roof rack anyway.
