Question MY02 Ride Height Variance???

I have owned my 02 RS for less than 2 months and love driving it every day since I got it off the truck. I have noticed that my drivers side ride height is lower than the passenger side. Upon closer inspection, I have measured a .5 to 1 cm difference on both the front and rear (on various level surfaces). I know my tire pressures are all equal @37 PSI.

Is this an engineering design of the car possibly to counter the rotational torqe of the engine / driveshafts? There are no adverse effects to straight line stability or cornering. As a matter of fact I am very pleased with the handling in stock form but I do have plans on upgrading soon.

If given the choice what would be the best first upgrade to handling PERFORMANCE: strut bar, sway bar (front or rear), lowering springs???? I am not a speed demon but I LOVE to corner at high speeds and get sideways with the throttle.

Any suggestions or comments on my problem would be most appreciated.

That's pretty funny considering I weigh less than 160 lbs! ...Newark huh, my fiance' is from Bear, DE..small world.

Anyways I forgot to mention that may dealer mechanics checked it out and said everything was at factory spec??? Does that mean everybodies ride is lower on there driver's side!...

Please, this is my first thread and I think it's a pretty ligit question...Anybody....Thanks.

Thought you were on to something with the gas tank thing but I just filled up and did measurements before and after and they were both the same, 1cm lower on drivers side?????

Oh well maybe it's just the springs. Anybody else have this problem with STOCK suspensions?? I am eventually going to upgrade my set-up. Any suggestions on what would be the one most important component to upgrade first??

Springs, Sway bar, Strut bar, 17's w/ good rubber, A good LSD??
Speking of LSD's my car didn't come with one and what better reason than that to justify getting a good aftermarket one? Any suggestions? And what differences would one be to the other (LSD) CUSCO or STI?????

Quaife makes great diffs for most applications... not sure of how much it would cost for a Subaru setup, but you can't get much better quality then them!
