I can't tell you how much I love your car in its unfinished state. I really should part ways with my jun bumper so you can throw out yours lol, but at the same time it adds to the character of your car.

I'd mould them first. The material is actually fairly brittle and when I pulled them to fully mould and paint the quarters the second time, a lot of cracks developed. Rolling after moulding could either crack the bond to the quarter, or more easily the flare itself.

It does take some effort to make everything play nicely with rolled fenders though!

not sure if you flared fiberglass fender guys are doing this but do you spray the inside of the flair with under coating? The reason I ask is I didn't spray the bed on my prerunner and beat the ever loving out of the bedsides.

It's an ebay lip, and i recently broke it. i can't find the seller any more. it was like $50

It might be under a different seller. It didn't fit properly at first so I had to cut the lip and use lots of zip ties and screws.

and these are the wheels: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...6&autoModClar=

Keeps the vendor and resale market lively at least I've always thought that KBB is a silly system to apply to enthusiast cars but people keep on trying to use it.
Ultimately, I figure it's a matter of being a perfect starting point for someone looking to go even further. A meticulously maintained bugeye with a good reputation on/offline with room to grow.

I know I could get my asking price by parting the car out, but then I'm dismantling a car that needs to live on (in respectful hands). It's such a shame to even consider doing that that I'd sooner keep it and enjoy it than tear it all apart.

And the KBB nonsense is ridiculous - if people from Craigslist aren't trying to barter their early-90's Accords as trade, their telling me that "yo dog, blue book says 6k, so I'll give you 5k and my gsx-r that's not running."

I agree 100% a well taken care/clean bugeye now a days is worth it's weigh in gold. There's not many unmolested or even well taken care bugeyes left. Just look on auto trader, or the private classifieds on nasioc or any of the other auto websites.
