Well that's not how I pictured the return of the Cherokee name.

So it'll be another steaming pile of Dodge feces, right?
The original Cherokee was neat. |

not sure but that last picture, I think it looks good. It is definitely NOT run of the mill.

I like it. I might even buy one if it has the right price and off-road capability.

Interesting. Not really what I expected at all as a Cherokee return. Part of me really likes it and the other part is extremely confused on what Jeep is thinking. Definitely polarizing.
The styling divergence in this Jeep reminds me of the Evoque compared to the rest of the Land Rover lineup. |

The greenhouse looks almost just like a Cayenne's to me.
The front end styling is harsh.. mostly because it's a shock and different.. but after they sell a million of them everyone will think they look great. So, it looks to me like the LED DRLs and turn signals are in the hood while the headlights are in the bumper.. anyone else think so? |

yeah, it will have LED's somewhere. It is sort of manadatory in all the car designes notebook.
LED's... check Fender Vents... Check. |

Overall shape is good, but the front styling is just plain awful to me. Def not run of the mill for sure, but neither is a shaved flamingo wearing three spoons.
Excuse me, plucked flamingo... |

I'm glad to see a trend towards the thin minimalistic headlights. We've had the tech for a while to make them the thin slits like concept cars and still functional, but no one ever carried it over. Smaller headlight = less material and less cost and also better looking IMO. This car is fugy for sure, but take those headlights and get them to other manufacturers!

We had a Cherokee. A basic box of transportation with nary a complaint other than leaking head gaskets. It was a beast for basic transportation in all climates.
Not sure. Maybe want --kC |
