Oh btw somebody I know is selling his project wrx/rs. Used to be a track car for SC Performance. Has a s#$% ton of go fast on it. Car is virtually new. 03 wrx built motor swap for the heart. It tossed the t-belt at 15miles. He just lost interest in it and wants it gone. If anybody is interested pm me and ill give you his #.

Can anyone recommend a decent transmission shop in the area that can deal with Subaru trannys? More specifically, I'm pretty sure the center diff bearings and/or rear diff may be the cause of my driveline noise. Would like to safe a few bucks by not going to the dealer for diagnostics or for the work.

Thanks Josh

Nice meeting you behind Zoe's today. I bet you don't run into two dorks looking under the hood of a BRZ at MCS shocks, custom camber plates, and a tiny little battery very often

Ok guys, Mark your calendars for Next saturday (6/29) for a mountain run. We are meeting at the Spinx just north of Travelers Rest around 7:30ish and we are leaving at 8am sharp. I will have my walkie talkie set to channel 5 and I suggest that everyone who comes brings one. You can get cheap multi channel ones from walmart . This really helps with communitcating with everyone while driving whether it's a cop ahead, a free passing lane, someone has car troubles, needs of restroom/gas breaks, etc... Below is the route that I have planned. The plan is to be back around 1pm and have lunch somewhere in Greenville. It should be a great turn out with lots of different cars. BTW we usually have a few different skill/fear level of drivers on these runs. We do not want anyone pushing their car beyond what they feel comfortable. Safety and fun are the main priorities so if someone behind you flashes their lights please let them pass you. At the same time if you feel like you want to go a little faster please flash your lights and they should let you safely pass them. We do NOT want anyone pushing the car infront of them to make them go faster then they can handle. If you have any questions please PM, emial, or text me.

P.S. I'm out of Greenville, SC so I know that's a bit of a drive for y'all. I have a spare bedroom and couches if someone wants to come up friday night and needs a place to crash

A few auto-x events about an hour or so away. One at Carolina Motorsports Park on Sunday. Always a great venue. I'm a Drill Sergeant on Jackson so I don't understand this "weekend" you speak of. I'm down for meet and greets most nights though.

I used Solar Solutions in Lexington. They did a great job and have a lifetime warranty on the tint. They were also very nice people to deal with. When I called Mr. Tint they acted like I was wasting their time asking for a quote.

I'd be Leary about those lifetime warrantys I had that from a place on Taylor street and they closed down and I feel like they just changed thier name so they didn't have to deal with warranties
