What would one call this piece?
If this is the wrong forum for this, sorry. I'm just curious on what is the term for this piece is and how bad it is to replace lol the bent piece under radiator is what I'm referring to. Looks like it wraps around to both sides and just bolted on.

Front U-Brace (Subframe)
Can usually find them locally from part outs or junkyard cheap. |

Is it possible to do this w out removing the engine? I watched a vid of a guy doing it on a 03 ts but didnt have the same engine and it literally just bolts to the bottom of the engine bay.

There's more than just U Brace damage there. The lower Radiator Core Support looks damaged as well.

The core support pieces will be spot welded in, so that will be the tricky part.

That's no prob. If I can get it to my shop after I repair the rear suspension I can weld it or spot weld it in. That's actually a bummer to hear that lol I thought the main issue would be that ubrace lol

U-Brace is the easy part
Looking again at the photo, looks like the condenser and possibly the radiator will be bent / tweaked also. They have a pretty visible radius in the extrusion channels. |
