I would say they should be sufficient.
I've never heard them but I have a preference to Infinity Kappa speakers...

Have a Nice Day?

Too Late,

I bought a pair for $50.00 on e-bay.
I'll let you know what they sound like, if I don't just decide to go sell them on U-bid or something.

Exclamation

Speaking of Infinity speakers, the guy who installed my system told me that he heard (at a competition/sound test session) Infinity's top-of-the-line speakers, and thought that they absolutely smoked the stuff from a/d/s, Focal and Dynaudio.

Now that's impressive.

I'm not talking about the Kappas, I'm talking about their REAL top-end stuff, I don't even know what they're called, I don't even think they're advertised. Probably have to go out and find them.

They're called 'Kappa Perfect' series, and I don't even want to know what they cost. They have anodized aluminum woofer cones. Check em out-> http://www.infinitysystems.com

Cool

I used to have the regular Kappa 10" subs in my camaro...and those were unbelievable.
Although when I think of Infinity its more of highs and mids...maybe the Perfect speakers are their breakthrough for subs to compete with Fosgate and Vega.
If your looking for replacement speakers for stock...I highly recommend Infinity speakers.

I was thinking of buying Kappa Perfect subs. They come highly recommended, but at $300 a 12" it would cost too much for me. Plus they like power (500W RMS+ each). Great subs, or so I've heard. As for Clarions, I had some in my Legacy (6.5" co-axials). They were clear and played loud, getting 22W RMS each from my deck, but I found the highs to be a little harsh.
