Default Rear squeak noise after brembo swap

Hey guys,

So I just swapped my 2013 wrx hatch with brembos with hawk hps pads and have noticed that the rear has a light squeak (sometimes creak) whenever I come off first or second gear.
Anyone had this happen to them before or knows what it is? It's super annoying to have to hear it every time I let off first or second from a stop/roll.
I suspect it may have to do something with the hill assist, but I'm not 100% certain.

I also get a clunk if I drive in reverse and then switch into 1st. That looks like it's normal though and people say that is the noise the brake pads make when changing rotational direction.

Other things to note:
I kept the stock brake lines when doing the swap.
In addition to bleeding the brakes (PF, DR, DF, PR), I also changed, flushed and bleed my clutch line.

Any help to diagnose this would be grateful!
Thanks.

Clunking is not unusual especially if the pads are a bit narrow.

Some pads are made better than others.

Just like brake pads your ears need to be broken in. I a little while you will not hear most of the noises.
