Not sure if anybody would but out of curiosity, would 19's work well with this spring setup and not have any issues as far as rubbing goes?

Depends on the size/offset of the wheels, what size tires you plan on using etc. Do you know the specs on the setup you want to run?

[quote=WRXinpa;37733447]Got a few more shots after a month of so of riding on the springs. So far, no complaints. Its really tough to get the proper lighting for pictures so that the wheel wells aren't covered by shadows, but you get the idea.

Hard to tell from the pics but does this sag at all the the back or is it pretty even all the way around? Thanks in advanced.

The stance is more even than stock with a slight rake towards the front. It looks odd because if the slope the car is sitting on.

Just wondering if anyone has any measurements of ride height and/or wheel gap after install? Just got my springs in yesterday, but the front is definitely higher than it should be. Wondering if there's a "settling" period for these springs, and if so, how long? FYI, rear wheel gap is currently about a finger on both sides, front is 2 1/2... That's why I'm curious. Thoughts?

I've been riding on these for about a year on my 2010 OBS with stock Impreza struts. The OBS rides slightly higher than the base Impreza, not because of the suspension, but simply because of 17" alloys over the Impreza's 16s. They gave me about 1.2-1.3" drop in the front, slightly more in the rear, maybe 1.5-1.8". Basically looks a touch lower than a stock base Impreza now. Big improvement in looks and stance, but not scraping on speed bumps or driveways or anything like that.

As far as comfort, they ride very similarly to stock springs. Over rough roads or sudden bumps, there is significantly more shock, and I fear if I drove on these for 10-15k more miles, I might blow my struts, as well as a vertebrate or two. However, that being said, I do drive much more carefully and consciously of bumps and potholes.

In regards to performance, I've noticed little to no improvement in body roll or cornering response. I initially got these because I never had any intention of doing any kind of motorsport, so I just wanted something that would drop my car a little without sacrificing ride comfort (which these did for the most part). However, I've autocross'd my car twice so far, with intentions of doing many more, and these just won't cut it. So I'm upgrading to a set of BC Racing BR coilovers.

So in conclusion, if you are looking for a slight drop while maintaining close to stock ride and performance, these are a great option. I've been very happy with mine thus far, but like I said, they won't stand up to any kind of motorsport.

Also, if anyone is interested in a cheap set of Epic springs for 08+ WRX with about 18k miles on them, hit me up. Mine will be available in a few weeks.

Also, quick follow up to my review: I am riding on stock Impreza struts, which are a little softer than WRX struts. I assume you will get the maximum performance that Epic intended with WRX struts, as well as avoid potentially blowing out your struts.

I brought it to my local shop and he made sure the top hat bolt was torqued right and it was. He was shocked at how little coils there were. When looking at the spring he was like there looks like theres only two coils when compressed.

Overall, I love the ride and the height, but I'm a bit nervous now if my strut is blown or not. Anyone else have the same experience?

YES!! Exactly the same with me, I have those sound and my ride is really harsh and rough on bumps. Idk what to do. Idk if my struts are blown or not.
