Default 2004 WRX OSM Receives Joan Rivers Treatment

I have been traveling for a week and a half and the WRX needed some care. Basically it has hit hardcore pollen season here in northern florida and the car is hard to keep clean. Also, I guess I parked a little close to the neighbors sprinkle system as I received some nice hard water spots. Also, you will see where a bird tagged my car as well. THis all lead to an excuse to use a lot of new detailing materials I have been aquiring over the last months.

Impressions:

Clay:
First time using Detailers Domains Clay and it is really easy to work with. Also, Adams makes for a good lube.

Soap:
DP Xtreme Foam Wash is a great product to use. It foams up really well and has a great cleaning ability.

Werkstat Products:
Werkstat prdoucts where all really easy to work with. Prime applys very easy and does a good job of getting some scratches down and leaves a nice finish. I will say there is some dusting to this product and I was just hand applying. I am not sure what the dusting is like with a DA or Rotary. However, the dusting was minimal and not a big deal. Acrylic Jett Trigger is an awesome product. Very easy to apply and had a great sheen. We shall see how long it lasts as I did three coats about in a 36 hour span.

Duragloss Aquawax:
Durgloss Aquawax has gotten a lot of praise over at autopia for great shine and durability as a spray wax. I decided to try it out and I too was surprised at how well it performed as a spray wax. For durability time will tell.

-Big thanks to Detailer's Domain and Autogeek for providing top quality products for great prices.

-Any comments or constructive criticism welcomed.

I wish I had some more pictures but was pressed for time, detailing in Florida heat. The two days I was detailing we had temps well above 80.

I will try to snap some later this week with sporting some meaty new tires
