Question How big is too big for a 2.5 RS?

TO3 .82 A/R Turbine (Exhaust side)
TO4 .60 A/R housing and T5/6 trim compressor wheel

Too big for a 2.5 RS?

When would max boost kick in?

Too big just depends on how much boost you want to run. I don't know turbo sizing notation just yet, so I can't say for sure, but that sounds like one serious unit there.

I'd say max boost would kick in somwhere after 4000K for sure (from experience). that's way too big in a non-ballbearing design and you're gonna wish you want NOS all the time to spool up that mofo

A nice hybrid Garret or turbonetic BB T3/4 should be cool. Cams would make it even better.
