Looks great. My only question is what are you going to do about headlights since the boost tubes seem to be running through the openings?

Looks like the GT3076R sitting next to me. Although, that is a beast fuel system for a 30r. I dig it.

ETA: I can't stop staring at this car. It's awesome.

EXTRA EDIT: If you plan to run w/o an intake filter, you may want to relocate the (in your case) driver side head breather. I'm no expert, but I've witnessed those things on a dyno, even with the little filter, blowing out all sorts of foul junk. You wouldn't want it getting sucked right back in when that is exactly what you are trying to avoid.

thanks for the comments..

turbo is a Garrett gt3076r - reason behind this is that i want to be able to drive on the track, strip and street.

and if you look closely you can see that i have cut out a piece of metal below the headlights so that they still fit up perfectly, same with the bumper, grille etc. etc.

the car has a cert, warrant of fitness, registration etc. so it is fully street legal.

I love the combination of having an all around performer.. Very clean work INFMIS. I realy like the aluminum radiator expansion tank. Did you have this fabricated just for you? What inlet manifold is that?, WRC or shaved GC8? The plenum looks like a WRC inlet.. I fabbed up my own external fuel pump/surge tank too. What brand pump is that, Bosch?

Great job!

Thanks for the comment.

The radiator expansion tank i had fabricated myself, i drew the plans and then my friend made it up for me.

The intake manifold is a 1995 wrx sti RA manifold. I cut off the ISC valve housing, the 5th injector housing, and all the brackets, then shaved it down to a smooth finish, and painted it gloss red. The inside of the manifold was then port matched to my heads. it was a time consuming job but i am pretty happy with the outcome.

Here is a pick of the same manifold being worked on.

The fuel pump is a Bosch 040 (motorsport).

Overall the car weighs 1,097kg's and has 350kw ATW

What TB did you use for that intake manifold?

If you used the one that came with the 20G intake manifold, what was involved in the TPS sensor attachment, or other bits?

Also, what heads are you using? I was looking at buying an EJ20G manifold, but it looks like the footprint is different than an EJ205 head.

Throttle body used is the stock item that came on the 1995 STI manifold, same with the TPS sensor, so fitting the throttle body was easy!

I am using Version 3 STI heads (ej20), the footprint was much the same however the bolt holes didnt line up so i drilled the bolt holes waay bigger so that it fit.

Really nice. The header tank looks trick. Any concerns about response being effected the sharp turn of the IC pipe at the turbo? And I know that oil cooler location is pretty standard but I'd be worried about flow to the radiator... especially with that GIGNORMOUS intercooler. Maybe you should consider moving it down to one of the Fog light locations and keep the cover off. Or if you're keeping the factory hood you can relocate the oil cooler to firewall with a fan in front of it. And yet another option would be to get a Fluidyne Enduro All-Season Fluid Coolers. They have an 11-inch electric fan mounted directly to them, enclosed in shrouding to maximize airflow through the cooler core, and because they're self-contained they don't have to be situated in direct airflow. So you can mount them in just about any remote location.

My $0.02.
