Welcome to the Boise area. You're not going to see many subies in the eagle area...mostly trucks and high end luxury vehicles. But there are a bunch of us enthusiasts that do like to have an occasional meet or drive. Not nearly as big as the oregon and washington peeps though. Let's see some pics of your ride |

Hey Shiza, we should probably meet in town somewhere and then head up to park so you can unload your bike. 8th street is easy to find but parking my be another story.
Not yet, go any ideas? We might try to throw something together towards the end of October. |

On another note, I ordered that ContourHD camera that you recommended, Travis. I should have it by the middle of next week. Once I get some footage shot, I'll post it up. |

Take the Broadway exit head all the way down past St. Lukes. We can meet at the Fort Boise park. It's easy to find. At the end of Broadway take a right and you are pretty much there. See you there at noon?
This goes for anyone else that wants to meet up for a ride. |

So I feel really retarded, but by any chance is anyone looking for a three bolt uppipe? I bought an uppipe when I was not very familiar with my wrx set up, so now instead of doing different headers I just need an uppipe with a two bolt inlet, and get rid of this one because its useless to me.

That ride today had me thinking seriously of selling my Husky and picking up a nice used 250F I can throw a Baja kit on to make street legal and then getting a supermoto conversion for later on down the road. I really miss trail riding.

Travis what would you want for your SM? I have been seriously eyeing picking one up.
My first choice would probably be something like a WR450 convert, but if I remember right you have a SM510R right? |

I would be looking to get $5,000 for it with a ton of extras and a lot of money put into the bike. |

Get a crf450x or crf250x. It already comes with a headlight and kickstand. Or yamaha's wr line would be a good starting point.

I would probably stick with a 250 vs. a 450 because even though a 450 would be nicer on the street a 250 would be a lot easier for me to handle off road. I'll have to do some checking on the weight difference between the 250 and the 250x.

Might also look into yamaha's supermoto and get a set of dirt wheels for it.
