A major manufacturer with a TDI car should be very interesting to watch.

Last year a team ran a diesel powered car that had a custom CAT V12 engine. But that was a privateer team. Audi will really show the world what a diesel can do.

Then AIM me like its just another day. I should have known when you started shaving and cutting your hair. Thats right, if you hadn't cut your hair, people would say...

Hah, Peugeot left the WRC with a goal of being the first diesel-powered winner of the 24hrs of Le Mans.

Go Audi.

Hello,

Of course, I hate to be the cynic, but how this engine / car does seems to depend on how greased the wheels are... If Audi did a good job greasing the wheels, they'll be "allowed" to dominate. If Audi didn't, then if they do well initially, they'll be toned down because of the unfair advantage their power curve gives them. I can see other teams complaining and getting their way.

Ahh... race politics...

I think it sounds more impressive if you say it has more than one newton-kilometer of torque.
