I would have run WRX wagon struts, but my sedan stuff was pretty much free. Got a free TV, then traded that TV for suspension bits. Sedan struts make you lose a bit of negative camber. With my eibach camber bolts in the rear maxed out, I could only get -0.8°. Another inch or inch and a half drop would put the height right where I want it.

98legwag, what end links do you have? I'm thinking upgrading my Outback's end links will be my next suspension mod.
I have Noltec wrx rear endlinks. They are discountinued. I have Hardrace GC Impreza front endlinks. You can get them here along with rears: http://www.buyhardrace.com/categorie...-gc-gd_19.html

I have the blue steel ones.

Got my first part in the mail today. Ground kit from paranoid fabrications! Will install tomorrow. Just got myself a 2001 legacy last week and I have a lot planned. Starting with this but a lot more to go. Thinking I might start a project thread

I've tried to figure out what's wrong with it. I have to have 3 replies before I can submit a thread about it. So here it goes.

So yesterday I had a busy day. Went to two pick and pull yards and got a bunch of parts. I got an OEM underseat sub and traded it for an Apexi axel back:

I also picked up a 2nd set of door card inserts. I recovered them last night and installed today:

I also picked up a JDM power mode and hold switch from a BH Legacy this week:

Also got another strut tower cover to trim and replace the one I broke when trimming it in the winter to fit over the strut bar, all weather mats and a leather owner's manual book cover thing from an 05 Legacy:

So I have been busy last few days. Changed the transmission fluid. Flushed the radiator. New battery. Installed a grounding kit. Putting in a new antenna today. Also went to the muffler shop today. Thinking about getting a mangaflow installed. What you guys think?

I received these JDM tails from Hong Kong earlier this week and decided to see how easy the install would be.

Here is the before picture:

Here is the after:

The install was a piece of cake, and I think the new tails look mighty fine!
Then I decided to clear the corners of my headlights. This took longer than I expected, but looks 100% better.

Then I found a few stickers I had lying around and decided to slap them on the ol' wagon. Easiest 10hp increase ever!

Did a Morimoto Mini H1 bi-xenon projector retrofit in a set of 98-99 two piece USDM light, these replaced a set of blacked out JDM halogen projector headlights on my 97 OB.

Changed my oil, gave it a nice wash and replaced my cracked rear spoiler. Just turned a measly 52k miles today. 99 legacy 30th anniversary

Over the last few days ive been attempting to put a 20mm 04 sti front sway bar in. But after many attempts could not get it over the y-pipe thus causing tremendous vibrations when the engine was running Funny thing thou when i was installing the what i thought to be stock leggy sway bar i realized it may very well be a outback or fozzie bar cause it is what im guessing to be 17-18mm (gotta get the measuring tool)

But that brings me to my sucsess full install I installed a 06 wrx 20mm rear sway bar. this one was fun cause i gotta cut a brace with my zip disk and bash out my spare tire well.

I also had to mod out the bushings that i got with it. The one on the left is the final result. Shaved down the edges and made some notches so it would fit the stock legacy bushing housing.

I also did some of the intial work on installing a rear spoiler on my hatch from scratch I pretty much finished it but never got to take pics cause its still not painted properly and it was dark out.

This is my rig in its most current state.

oh ya the new 20mm rear sway bar is awesome and totally worth the install. Cant wait to get some gr-2 rear struts.
