Swing and a miss.

But I'd say a front mount may pick you up a few. Beyond that you're at the point of ported heads, coatings, also, not worrying about an arbitrary number on a tuning tool. Take it to the track and see how it does.

I've been using cubeupload.com

Upload the pic there, copy the direct link.

Come back here, click on that little square picture looking box above where you type your message in. Highlight everything what comes up, click paste. (Putting your cubeload link in there). Done. Maybe "go advanced & preview post".

looking at your dyno looks like a fun street car. Mustang dyno reads low and plus Travis tune it for reliability. the 1.5 xtr turbo is too small for your set up tho

Don't get me wrong its a fun car and reliability is huge. A broken car isnt fun to drive. What would be a good upgrade for the turbo with this mods? Stock location if its an option.

How much lag are you willing to live with? Your injectors are a bit small to go much bigger but that engine would be happy with just about any stock location you can find. Maybe a spoolinator 35R kit?

I'm trying to avoid changing out injectors and ending up with a huge bill. That's what happen the first time lol. I went in for an oil change and walked out with the current setup. Travis told me that If I upgrade the fuel system Id be able to get a few more psi out of the turbo but what that actually means in terms of power I have no idea. With my current turbo am I kinda at the max out point for my injectors?

Well unless you missed posting it your tuner is likely saying your out of fuel pump if your still on the stock pump.

That being said you need to be careful about wanting a number. I made 100whp different dyno to dyno on the same tune. Does it lack power when your driving it around? Or is it just the dyno number getting stuck in your mind?

I hear what your saying. Currently running a AEM HIGH FLOW FUEL PUMP. Im not really chasing a number but tired of getting pulled on by my dad. My dad has a 67 nova with a built big block that puts out over 700 to the wheels w race fuel. We have raced a few times and it always ends up bad for me lol. Off the line I'm good due to the awd but once he gets moving he walks on by as I'm hitting my steering wheel lol. By the time we hit 100 hes about 5 cars ahead of me. At the end of the day I'm hoping to beat my dad and still have a car that's my dd. I was thinking I would have it with my current build but its just not the case.

1300’s on an aem pump will support nearly 600 on a dynojet.

Your Intercooler might not like it, but a green or a black could make some extra top end.

If you’re a Blouch fan, the 3.5 XT-R.

Well sadly you might have a bit of an uphill battle beating 700whp in a straight line with a dd subaru. Lol. 700whp is no jokewith the right tire to hold it.

That being said you can easily make it a better all around preformer. Have you run both in the 1/4? Times and traps speeds?

I haven't raced my car on a track yet but my dad has and is in the low 10s but don't know the trap. Car put down 743hp and 687tq while running 110 octane. Beating my dad would be nice but at the end of the day mine is a dd and nova is a race fuel breathing dragon that comes out a handful of summer nights lol. Maybe I wont make it past him but I can dream right?

Yes you can dream, lol. Just step back and remember this is a 4 banger econo box making 400+wtq and 400+whp . . . And it turns. Lol

Really like these 1.5xt-r e-85 builds.

Lol no his dad's Nova does that, his goal is to more or less play in his dad's league with a dd subaru.

Nice build! One question: Did you pick the stage 4 plus in case you wanted to add more power in the future? IAG has (i think) 3 CD blocks rated at 900bhp (ie crank) and i am not exactly sure if the more expensive ones are worth the extra money or not; so was wondering what made u go with this. Thanks

That would be a great snappy street car! As has already been said the 1.5XTR is not a big turbo. With a nice flowing engine like you have the 1.5XTR would be way out of efficiency above ~4500rpm. With your heads and cam yours would be flowing the equivalent airflow of a 2.7-2.8L motor. You could swap to a 2.5XTR and not loose much response at all. But if outright straight line speed is your goal you will need to go bigger again.

So it looks like this turbo will be coming off and making its way to ebay in a few months.
Whats the market value for a lightly used Blouch Dominator 1.5XT-R Ball Bearing Turbocharger 10cm?

There's also the for sale classified section on here. I have sold 5 different turbos on here.

If you do change to a larger turbo, your fuel system will most likely need to be looked at too.
