Default Alternator replacement instruction?

Can anyone please give me a detailed instruction on how to replace the alternator? Or, where I can find the info?
Thanks!

not really that hard... just take a marker and mark the threads on the tension belt tightener so you remember how tight to make the belts again. its held on by what, like 2 bolts? My Girlfriend replaced one on the side of the road out in the middle of eastern washington at like 1030pm with a leatherman and a broom handle.

if you still need help i can write up more when i am not at work.

on a 1-10 scale of difficulty an alternator change is about a 3, right under tying your shoes in the dark (3.22) and above making a omlette (2.87)

Thanks. Mainly, I was concerend about the belt tension but now I know that, it should be a simple swap. The reason I needed to know was because I will be doing in the dark actually and don't want to be surprised by anything.

By the way, I rate making an omelette to be harder than tying shoes in the dark.

Most important- disconnect the battery before you do anything.
