Default Wanna work for Subaru?

An awesome job with Corporate Subaru (not a dealership) just opened up in Columbia MD. If you think working events and Social Media is cool, this job is for you. Being an Excel Jedi-master doesn't hurt either. It's with a great group of guys and you'll have fun at work every day. Who wouldn't want to go to work everyday and play with the newest Subaru's?!

Here's the link for the job:
http://app.brightmove.com/ATS/Portal...o?reqGK=655608

If you're interested and meet the requirements, email [email protected] with your resume. He's the man behind the smoke & mirrors. Oh, and if you already work for a dealership, I think you need a letter from your GM saying it's ok if you jump ship.

Too far for me to drive. I would need a technical related position anyway.

Hopefully the new employee will be interested in bringing back the subaru challenge to this area.

What about someone with a public accounting background? I work with Excel all day, everyday.

I also detailed cars at a Subaru dealership when I was in high school...that's gotta count for something

Subaru pays based on a scale so it's a range... You'd have to ask in the interview. It's an introductory position meant to be for about 2yrs and then you get promoted. It's really a good foot in the door with the company.

It's mostly marketing with some sales support. Lots of social media, event activation, and sales tracking (hence Excel is a must). It's a really fun job and the marketing manager is a really cool guy that's easy to work with.

I think the salary range is $40k-$60k but I'm not really sure... I don't think it's as low as $30k though...

They've had a few marketing related job postings in the last few months, but this would be the first one in the DC area for anything near entry-level. I've been itching to apply, but a four year degree in Psych with no marketing experience makes it a pipe dream. Hope this goes to someone good!

If you're any good at excel, it's worth a shot. Last person had an art degree but some marketing experience.

same here, just so sick of the flat-rate rat race. Cant wait for my wife to finish up her Rn program so I can quit and hopefully start my own business.

Note: If you work for Subaru you may suddenly find the urge to grow a strong, gingerly beard.

Or an otherwise intense facial hair combination.

Do not fight the urge, it is to your benefit. Trust me.
