Any good bay area audio shop recommendations?
I am looking to get a pair of component speakers and a two channel amp installed in my 04 STi, and looking for a shop to do it. Any recommendations? I went to Hi-Tech Car audio in El Cerrito, and they wanted 315 for just the install of the amp and front components. seems really pricey to me. Anyways, berkeley/richmond area is preferred, all recommendations welcome though! Thanks!

+1 for Auto Headquarters (AHQ). They do excellent work. There's many postings from customers about AHQ on i-club.

i had a really great experience with Autotronics in Alameda, guys did great work and didn't charge much....$350 for components, 4 channel, deck, custom built board for amps in trunk, mono sub amp, farad cap, and radar detector hardwire....ask for Ken . Turn around time was really good too. Happy to answer any q's you got too.
