Default Too many mods... Where do I start?

Well, I am beginning to tune a friend's 3.0r Dominator setup, on his 04 sti and I am having issues.. Despite my begging, in one swoop, he installed a Blouch Dominator 3.0r, AP Turbo Inlet, AP Fuel Rails, PE 850cc Injectors, new MAF pipe, FMIC, & TGV Deletes...

Now I am having problems with tuning it... I have done MAF Scaling, and I have done Latency Scaling... But never on PE850s, and never all at the same time... Where do I begin? I worked on it for a few hours, and i just feel like i'm chasing my tail... My A/F Learning & Correction 1 are all over the place, it idles PERFECTLY at 14.7:1, but driving will skip and stutter, and just run very jerky... Off throttle in gear will also rumble in exhaust as if the injectors aren't turning off all the way...

I want him to put the stock injectors back in and ill do the MAF scaling first, but I cant do that because he cut the stock connectors off for the PE injectors...

Does anybody have some latency numbers for PE850s that work well?

Look for Ray @ Revitup I believe, he made a thread on those particular injectors in fact.
He tuned them quite well.

AWESOME guide ray! But my only problem is.. I have no way to go back to stock airbox & FMIC, or injectors on his car... Can I still use this as a baseline and get close?
