Default trans. problems?

Alright so I finally got my 02 WRX back yesterday. I know the whole break in thing of waiting for a while untill you get on it. I have not had my car for around 6 months because I have been waiting on parts to come in.

My car drives and shifts fine, except for higher rpm. I get to about 5k in any gear and it has this bad stutter (kind of like my fuel is cutting out), sorry I am not the best at explaining things. I have RA gears in it now but that wouldn't be the problem would it? If you need more description or know where I can find the answers let me know.

Sorry if this is a stupid question and there will probably be the people out there saying I am dumb for driving it like that already. But I've missed my car a whole lot.

thanks for the help guys

I was not stomping on it to get it to 5k. It was gradual incline as I was driving.

I got new RA gears and clutch
