You don't know half of the crap we dealt with and, for the most part, the people that currently have issue with me were part of this crowd. I asked for help with a logo and received none. IMO if people aren't willing to put any effort into the community then their opinion when something goes a way they don't like doesn't matter much to me. We started the forum to try and establish a community and I wanted to make friends and instead we got a lot of grief, and now you've brought your grief to this thread, which is the only reason I'm here right now. Otherwise you wouldn't here a word from me and life would go on but I guess some people will always dwell in the past.
Sorry everyone for bringing this back up again, but I just had to. This was my favorite part of Rexorama's post. Why you may ask, well read this http://www.idsubaruclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1456. I really don't have to say anything else except that alot of the things that Rexorama is saying could possibly just be a lie.
here is a link for those who don't have access to the site to see what the outcome of someones hard work was.
I also wanted to add that I had to go into the sewers to get this information because that's where Bart's character can be found according to Rexorama.

I bought a used accessport and it keeps getting stuck on "test mode" screen like it can't find it. I connected the 2 green connectors and the white connector (for the '03) and still nothing. Any ideas?

Is it a v1 or v2 access port. Have you tried updating it via a computer and cobbs site??

I thought u only had to connect the test leads for the serious map changes. Can u even flash the car? If so u need to disconnect the leads once u flash it. Try doing a real time flash with the leads disconnected. That's what I did with my.

Sigh. The toys for tots idea was originally xmoshx's idea.
http://www.idsubaruclub.com/viewtopi...427&hilit=toys
Bart jumped in and took it over and started a new thread on it.

You're right after almost a year there were finally a few instances of people putting in an effort. Yes, thankfully, there finally have been people that have stepped up and made things happen, like Timmi and her dinner party. People have posted shooting meets. Up until this point there was a lot of work by myself and Nate to make things happen and a lot of bitching by the peanut gallery about what they didn't like. Here's a good example. When Greg bitched to Kagen about sponsoring IR208 this year and it was brought up in our admin forum, here was the response from Nate:
Quote:
Why does it need to be public? Privately owned site, only people that need to know are those in charge.
and
Quote:
This is off topic, but this bs is why I am done. He's not the only one, and the entitlement these people think they have just kills it all for me.

Good luck guys, hope you can make it something great.
Tell you what, I just moved the thread into board discussion so you can read it yourself. I may make Nate mad for opening it up but I'm tired of the finger pointing. Enough is enough.
http://www.idsubaruclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1761
Page 2 about half way down.

But you're right, I have nothing better to do with myself then smear Bart. I mean after all I've brought him up ummmm..... zero times on the forum and I've posted....... zero times about him here until he started bitching about me and I've talked about him....... zero times unless someone specifically asked about him and what happened.

What you fail to realize is I don't care what your opinions of me are. I don't care if you believe anything I say or not. I don't care if you don't like me because of my "attitude" and would rather associate with someone who has spent time in jail for theft and has his wages garnished for owing $. At least I'm honest and I'll admit when I'm wrong as I had just done so to Greg. I have more important things to do then worry about whether a few people in life don't like me or my forum. Plenty of people don't like IMS and it has no bearing on it. IDS is doing just fine thank you. What I know for a fact is now that the whiners and haters are no longer posting the forum is a better place. There's no drama. There's no arguing. However most won't be able to see the forest through the trees.

Kumhos are quieter then Yokos.

And for the record I didn't sell him a set of tires with wheels attached to them I put up a set of wheels for sale that had these tires on them. He inspected them before he bought them, saw there was cupping, and I explained I had never drove on the tires and they came off of the BBS wheels I bought from Cooparu last year. This was all before any exchange of money and even when he left I told him if there was an issue to contact me and we would work something out.

Oh and just exactly how does linking to a thread about toys for tots make me a liar?

And I can back up my claims. I don't make accusation I can't back up.

There's more then this. I've talked to contractors that know Bart and dealt with him. If you're going to go down this road with me I'll keep it up as long as you all do. I'm a bastard like that.

And you have what against me? Oh yeah I have an "attitude"

Wow, Jeff, you've sunk to a new low. Absolutley incredible.

And Jeff, if you were at IR208 I would have had no problem asking you about the funds. From my perspective, you not showing up to support your site as teh "site owner" and pulling your sponsership from the show was strange to me. I brought it to Kagen to see if he new because, well, he was the only other moderator. All he could have said was, "hey greg, that's a good question. Let me talk with Jeff and find out for you." I think a lot of people look to you as a leader, so why don't you man up and be on and quit stoking the fire?

once again my financial problems have no merit being plastered to make "your case" and as far as the theft thing.. well that was over 10yrs ago when i was young and stupid and hung out with the wrong people.. the first person who hasnt done something stupid may cast the first stone... we all have ghosts in teh closet we are not proud of.. i grew from my stupid mistake.. and if you wanna keep plastering this site with all my financial problems go a ahead have fun hope it makes you sleep better at night..

Yep true story and we (Jeff and my self) have dealt with it accordingly. I knew what I bought and that the tires basically came with the rims. I kept Jeff informed on what was going on and he stood by what he said. I have no complaints towards him and am happy with how it turned out. If someone wishes to start dragging me down then by all means do so and I will let it all out. I have my demons in hiding but am not afraid of them. They are what makes me who I am. Just beware u may not like what u find, is all I'm saying.

meanwhile in my own world.......The only issue I have had is the specialty lugnuts and that Lm lost one but they are doing right by me and that's the end of it. Again thanks for the good buy Jeff.
