Default New Grimmspeed Downpipe has arrived!

Each one is had made at Grimmspeed, you can not beat the quality. Im curious as to how this will perform from my standard bellmouth and if it will alter the sound any.

Pending install probably today.

pics per request

Installed-
It changed the tone of my exhaust over my standard bellmouth. Of course the power feels the same. The wastegate is more pounced when it opens and closes. The car sounds great now and i honestly hated the sound before. You can as Kienan.

It fit perfect and the wastegate divorce is tight inside the exhaust housing. I compared with a TD04 i had laying around. Now onto the pictures.

and its not to heavy either-

it fits with no issue, so much firewall clearance.

I would be all for these if they made a catted version. They look extremely nice and it seems like GS put quite a bit of time into developing it. Can you post bigger pictures?

Nice piece but it seems like they kinda priced themselves outa the market for a downpipe, I dont think these will be flying off the GS shelfs anytime soon.
Hey where can you find a divorced, hand made, downpipe, that also has the extra 02, for 150 bucks? Oh you can't.

Invidia standard bell mouth downpipes are still $250+new and they are made in china.
Is Helix even still around? Oh yea, also made in china.

Try apples to apples next time.

I can't wait to see the power gains from the GS downpipe over any other aftermarket downpipe!

Craftsmanship, quality, warranty, customer service, years of innovating parts for the Subaru. All things to consider.

Besides.. $499.00 is retail, not MAP. Map is 12% less, then you can always hit up for most favorite vendor for a deeper discount.

Who pays retail?

Holy **** it fit great and the wastegate sounds great. Very pronounced. Ill post pics tomorrow

And these are hand made. Not made in china like the mentioned pipes above. And last I checked a standard bell mouth invidia is still 250. And it's mass produced in china.

But, I took a ebay downpipe off my car and put this grimmspeed downpipe on, and the tone of my exhaust has changed. Its deeper and less raspy then before. My forester sounded like hammered dog **** before. Now it sounds like fresh dog ****.
