for all of you with 2013 mustangs be ready for this.... gotta love procharger sometimes...... 3 hours machining this pulley to make it all work. also had to cut their 1 piece intake and make it 2 pieces since it wouldnt fit AND clearenece the fan shroud that they supplied so it would sit properly. at the end of the day the car is a v6 made 401whp |

Wondered lol, Nice work on valve covers and intake manifold with painting them. How hard is it gona be to get to your spark plugs in case you need to change them out on the fly.
Looks good at location hope it holds strong for you, or you could paint bracket like your intake manifold and covers for a reliable treatment. Either way hope you like it and intercool that thing. |

for headlights if glass use razorblade and lots of water and slow strokes, if plastic 2000 grit up sand paper and wet sand with cold water then use a light grit rubbing compound (3) and buff you'll be happy.

yeah im going to take care of the glass. theres just a lot of pitting so i dont think thats going to take care of it. im going to buff them with a whole pad and a really aggressive compound first and see how it goes and take it from there.
i know the deal with plastic. the problem is with plastic you will eventually rub through the protective layer and the lenses should be re cleared or they will yellow. |

id would honestly have to total the bills up....... the car was 1500 shipped. engine setup i have roughly 3k into and that includes the blower intercooler and pump, new crank, pistons and rods, machining, timing kit, gasket kit etc etc etc, 1500 in body parts, 300 in paint supplies so far, and probablly 3500-5000 in extras.

the major purchases i have left are coilovers, subframe bushings, fluids, tires, wheels, windshield, a couple gauges, belt moldings for the doors, paint and supplies and thats about it.

progress has been very slow... for the guys that don't know I work a 40+ hour full time job with a 20+ hour part time job and I go to school part time and this has been a rough 24 week period since ive had time to work on the car.
anyways my schedule has finally died down a little bit so back to work...... finished up the blower brackets once and for all. here they are before coating. |

Just remember that a high flowing exhaust unlike turbo can cause a supercharger to require less boost to make power. So if you have say 10 psi pulley and IC and only see say 7 psi its not always that you have a boost leak. I'm running full 2.5" and with 9 psi pulley FMIC only reads 6-7 psi from high flowing components. Just so you don't think you have a leak. Usually plugged Cats increase SC boost free flowing will drop it. Unless bypass valves are passing. Cams heads also.

oh i know man. trust me its not my first tango with blower builds..... the cars going to have cats, muffler and resonator. will have plenty of back pressure. even in a turbo application having it open is good for initial response but not for power up top.... the goal at this points to get it running with what is there and perfect it with pulley size and such later. it has stock size valves, very mild cams, etc
