Default Anyone want to rent me a truck or know of a place?

I really need to find a place that would let you rent truck with unlimited miles for a day.

I'm planning to drive down to NJ and rent a trailer to pick up a non-operated car.

I have tried many options and they all seems to be $500-700.

Transporter charges $560+ Tax. Takes 4-8 days.
Flying down NJ and renting a trucka nd trailer. $200 and 425+ Tax.
I even tried to rent a truck at budget but they go by the mile. .99 each. Trip is 500 miles.

Only way is, rent someone truck and drive down to NJ. Rent a trailer for $99 and drive it back up here. Maybe around $350 including gas.

Anyone want to help?

Solution:

1. Go to your local Home Depot.
2. Rent truck at $19 per hour.
3. Drive like a bat out of hell to NJ.
4. Rent trailer.
5. Pick up car.
6. Drive like a bat out of hell to MA.
7. Drop off car.
8. Drop off trailer.
9. Drop off truck at local Home Depot.

If you can get there and back in under 10 hours you should be in good shape.

But seriously, of all your options I'd go with the car transporter company and save myself a lot of time and hassle.

I used to work at HD and I believe its 19 for the first 70 or 75 minutes. After that, I have no idea.

XyKo - I'd offer my dad's truck ('90 F150 in **** shape), but chances are it wouldn't make the trip.

Hey, I'm going to give up on this car now. Found another locally and pretty much stock.

Up for grab. Anyone interested in a 99 RBP with EJ20G, half-done. Car is in NJ and the guy want $4200!

if you change your mind and decide to get it, i figured i'd put it out there:

Enterprise car rental is where i rented a truck when i got my engine, as long as you stay within new england, ny, nj, pa its unlimited miles, you just need to tell them which states you will be going through since they have gps trackers on them and rent them by the day. i think it came to like $70 for 2 days for me, but i had a chevy colorado, they do have the bigger trucks too
