Looks to be the GT Spec titanium one piece Strut Bar. I could be wrong though.

You could use a 1/4" strut spacer on top of the top hat to clear the IC with the strut bar.

I did that a wile back and haven't had any problems since.

Yeah I have the CX racing 20x12x4 TMIC and it didn't like to play nice with my strut bar either.

What did you use for a strut spacer? I'm running into the same problem and really don't want to buy a new bar!

I ended up using washers, but I would suggest using a strut spacer on top of the top hat instead.
