I have found it at Checker, Autozone and Pep Boys. It is pretty common in most autoparts stores. A word of warning though . . . I wouldn't use it in the Subaru transmission though. When the weather is cooler it will work fine. When summer rolls around you have a good chance of getting a grind or crunch when going into first gear. The Mobil 1 is just too slick to allow the syncros to work properly when it's warm out. I had this problem on my 2.5 RS as well as my 02 WRX. The only thing I found that worked consistently was 3 parts Redline 75W-90NS and 1 part Redline Shockproof Light. Don't get me wrong . . . I love Mobil 1 lubricants. I use their oil and use the gearlube in the rear diff, but the tranny is a very picky beast! Do a search in the transmission forum and you'll see what I mean.

Good luck,

Punk
