Best tire for s.cali???
So we dont ever get snow, dry and wet mostly. What is the best tire? All season or summer tires? So from ppl who live here what works out the best?

lmao, Scotty...I hate I never got a chance to buy you a beer before I moved out of Florida, you've been making me laugh for years.
There is no "best" tire for SoCal. Some tires will perform better than other tires depending on what you want to get out of them, but you haven't defined what that is. Anyone can give you their opinion on great tires (I personally like PS2s, but they're expensive as hell), but to suggest the best tires for you, it would be helpful to have answers like:

buy high-performance/summer tires,like PS2,RE050A PP-great in wet,better in wet than all-seasons(which are designed for cold weather,not max cornering in wet)

Had Bridgestone S-02 Pole Positions, now have Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's. Both are nice but I prefer the michelins. Less noise.

best all seasion tires I have used is kumho agx. long life reasionable grip. Good in the rain. |
