Not from them. The guy that makes them in CF wants a crazy amount not worth it.

I have had a bit of this on my 07 sti. I have had a catless exhaust for about 20,000 miles. From looking at the picture that was posted mine has never gotten that dark of a yellow. Must have changed the SWP paint for the GR. Clay bar takes it right off.

So how are these installed? Drill into bumper? Adhesive? clips?

I have a black car but I've heard of melting being a problem as well, and they look cool so I'll probably throw them on.

+1 ^^^^

@synolimit, that particular 2011 WRX sedan exhaust heat shield, was that flat black from HT Autos? I wan't able to find the product on there website, just the carbon fiber one referenced on the previous postings. And as far as installing the exhaust heat shields, was it an adhesive or and bolts? Any kind of info, would be appreciated! Thanks!

Whatever you want. I did 3 holes with flush push pins or plastic rivets in black so you cant even really see them.

Mine are flat. HT doesn't do CF, it's a CF "look".

My car is going in for paint under warranty on Monday. I don't know if I should do the full insert or the flexible stuff.

Here are the two ways to go:

What does everyone think?
