Default 04 STI HVAC in 02 WRX?

Does anyone know if it's plug and play? Likely not....

I found someone selling just the HVAC controls and thought it'd be cool to have the auto climate feature.

Did a search...should have done that first. Doesn't look like it's that simple.

Too bad, would have been nice.

04 STi does come auto climate control.

It's not worth the money or time. Better off getting one that does or do a complete swap (WRX & STi.

I guess it does. The controls and center console look the same as the wrx. Thats what threw me off.

I was hoping it would and bought one off ebay, I have an 04 WRX (same dash as 02-03) and realized it wouldn't work, the back and the plug-ins are way different. Too bad really, I've just had it sitting in my room ever since, there doesn't seem to be much need for them.
