My guess is that it's so cheap because it's an obvious scam. Then again, I equate ebay sellers to demons from the 7th level of hell, so feel free to bid.

It has an engine. You can see the intercooler and nitrous solinoid in one pic. My guess is that its a scam or he blew the motor with the nitrous. Although stolen is a good idea. I read that about 25% of the stuff on ebay is stolen. And it is a one day only auction.

maybe you just get a model of the car. or maybe it's made of paper machee. Or maybe it's one of those scams that's like "I'm really selling you the information on how to get this item free!"

It says it's restricted to pre-approved bidders only, which means the winner gets like 10 kilos of cocaine, no the car.

Here's a hint:

Few details + poor grammar/description + super low price = scam

When anyone can get high quiality images of pretty much anything they want on the net, stuff like this becomes all too common.

It's now an invalid item. Thus, ebay has discoverd it, recognized it as a scam, and deleted it. For more on this, check out this old thread of mine...

Yeah it's a total scam. I e-mailed them asking where they are and why is the car so cheap and this is what I got. It has some great english.
"Hello,
The 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX, is in a perfect condition with only 20000
miles. It's a great car, my girlfriend is devastated that we have to sell it
but we have to pay too much money for register it here,so we decide to sell
it.
My company have relations in States and I worked there for 2 years.I has the
oportunity to buy it from there and bring it with me when I was back. The car
was buyed from US, so it is US standards,so stay cool it***1169;s perfect
compatibile to your standards and you will don***1169;t have to pay more duty taxes
on it.And this is an impediment for me to sell it here caus, first, we have
a different standards and second will be very expensive for me to register
it here.I have to pay an very expensive duty taxes. The price for this car is
$6,000.00USD.
The car it is still register in States.
What other info. would you like on it?
It will be shipped from Athens,Greece and you have to pay the shipping and
insurance charges.I will can help with arrangements for shipping from here.
The payment will be done via secure pay which means that the third party
will keep the money until you receive and inspect the car.
I will wait for your email to let me know if you are interested in knowing
more details
about the purchase.
Thanks!"

So the car was bought in the US, sent to Greece, and is being sent back to the US modified for $6000. Sure buddy. What ever you say.
