Question Bar's Leaks

i may have coolant getting into my combustion chamber. I searched about solutions when i came upon this product called Bar's Leaks

before you do anything i would make sure it's a head gasket for sure. did you do a compression test? leak down test? drain the oil, does it look like chocolate milk? smell the exhaust, is it sweet like coolant?
if so, is it both headgaskets or just one side?
you can try that stuff but i'm pretty sure it's not gonna fix a leaking headgasket. can't hurt though i guess if it's already leaking so if it doesn't work then you know what has to be done.

I used this a few times when as an auto tech at a Honda dealership (diesel truck mech for UPS now). It worked the few times I was around it but you must follow the directions to the letter.
