They're oem '08+ sti bumper vents, which I'm assuming he had custom fitted by a body shop. Cut the bumper, make them fit.

yeah its the oem 08 sti vents we mocked up a diagram using the 08 sti bumper and then we fitted it to my bumper with a lot of patience and a dremel

Well I have a reason to post in here now as I got some new glass. Sigma 150/2.8 APO Macro + Sigma 30/1.4 .... Minimal editing has been done on the pics. Lens correction, cropping, and rotation.
