Default How can I tell if I have 2 or 4 Pots brake? And What to buy?

Well, I have a 99 2.5RS and pruchased it from a member here. I read his old posts that he had 4 pots front brake but want to make sure if it's still on the car or not. I would've call him, but he's never around to checked his email or pick up the phone.

So it's currently on 02 or 03 WRX front pads and 91 Legacy turbo rotors. Just want to know because I really need to order new rotors and pads tomorrow. Car is on metal to metal and I don't want to ruin my calipers.

If its a 4/2 pot it should say SUBARU on the calipers.

Guess it's not, since it's all metal color. And is the WRX and old RS front rotors the same size? Any places that I can check on the sizes of each cars' rotors?

stock brakes

4 pot

WRX has slightly larges size rotors, you can use them on the RS if you get the WRX caliper bracket
simple stuff, just search for it
