why are you spooling so slow? ~24 psi at ~5k? and not making full power till around 7k? seems like a great setup, but i think you would pick up some good power from a PE1820 because it would have some more top end, but you need to get that spool faster

looks like avcs is set up for peak power, and high rpms, not spool.

i always herd of using avcs to help increase spool, seems like you could have dissabled it and just put in some nice cams to get the gains you have, looks like a car built only for the 1320?

I wanted Peak powers, and Hard Hitting turbo Feel all the way to red line, Since I drive alot on the free way so i had Jon at HB Speed set the AVCS up mostly for freeway, that is where i spend most of my time.

Can't wait for results of the new combo. How long for break-in and when is the power tune scheduled?

the Hallman MBC line came off the waste gate during driving, turbo over boosted and surging on the freeway, by the time i looked at the boost gauge flashing red it took 2 sec and then POOF and i lost cylinder one. I checked the peak and it showed the boost spiked to 2.0 bar, so now the dream build... well not quite yet. i still want bigger brakes, and a nice set of rims.

My motor see's 1.8 bar spikes quite often (but I'm on meth), One 2 Bar spike shouldn't hurt the cylinder.....but the V7's did come from the factory with 8.9 or 9.0:1 CR pistons, the V8-9 has 8.5:1 CR

what kind of gas are you running out there, 90 + Meth so that's around 100?? i wanted to run meth BUT i don't like the extra stuff on the car, and all the maintenance it needs, im a keep it simple kind of guy, no meth, no Nitrous no WI, just switch maps from e85 for power to 100oct if i run into a pump that has one, to 91 for daily driving cuz here, 91@ 1.5 bar is on the line, you could get away with spiking at 1.8 but not for long. cuz there are too many factors to watch out for when your on the line, Air temps hot or cold, and then there's boost creep in cold temps, and crap gas if you can't get to a good gas station, besides it was way past the turbos efficiency, any more then 22 psi constant boost and the on boost turbo surge is crazy, sounds weird, this is what it sounded like. when it blew, that flutter noise, i thought it was my blow off valve @ first, then i looked down at the boost gauge. i still tear up thinking about that day, if i hadn't been late to work driving hard to get on time i would of paid a little more attention to the car then to the traffic on the road
