Question Tri-State Spotted Cards

Has anyone actually made a little image thingy on their computer yet as a prototype of some sort? I was trying, but it ended real fast In order to direct people right to the forum, instead of getting them lost by sending them through i-club,
http://tri-state.cjb.net will bring em right to us If anyone has made one up, I would like to see it so I can print some up in a sheet or something...if I can figure out how to plaster about 16 or less on a single sheet of paper.

Kevin

i did one a while back, i have to find it.
it was a business sized image (252px wide X 144px tall) = 3.5" x 2".
So they can save it in their wallet for later

tmaler13, like yours. Minus the i-club logo. And the capitalization of the "WWW.I-CLUB.COM". I think the "www.i-club.com" works a lot better. There is a reason the "i" emblem has a lowercase "i". It's just a bit more charming.

G, I like your card as well. However, you have the web address to the Tri-State page. And we all know how useless that page is at the moment. I think a direct link the the Tri-State Forum would be stronger. Also, you seem to have covered up "Legacy" and "Forester" w/ "You've Been Spotted." I think that if you're gonna fade those two names out, all four names should be faded out. Otherwise, darken them up!

There you go... all ripped up.

skyhigh420, all are welcome. However, it's usually only RS's and WRX's that get spotted. Most of the "general" owners don't care that they have cool cars. Like the really super self centered "frat boy" styled RS owner I met yesterday. What a tool! Plus, he had that super tacky tint on his car. You know the type. It's a chrome tint faded into gray. ACK!

that is what i thought, in which case i say in stead of fading out the legacy and forester, get rid of them and put rs and wrx on the top\bottom of you've been spotted. Otherwise they both are good, definitely need th elink to be lowercase and point directly to the tri sate forum. also no need ofr the i-club logo just ours!

Well, I think the Legacy and Forester should be welcome too. We have a lot of 2.5GTs on the board. And we've got Billy w/ his souped up Forester. It's a sweet ride. Except when he drives down the left lane for miles with hazard lights on. LOL!

i dont think we should exclude other cars than RS and WRX.

and we need these to look good in B/W... so we can all print em out as needed.

both are great, but Guilios is of a more reasonable size. All Subarus should be welcome here, so.......

Keep it up!

G, you had to go and make it ghetto! What's with the "Hooptie?"

Kevin, LOL! Yes, tmaler13's card is a bigger picture. But the scale can be set to whatever our standards might be. Ya know? LOL!

I don't want to exclude anyone either, but the odds of me putting one of these on any other than a 2.5 or wrx is slim to none. I already get enough weird looks just for waving to them! I liked g's first one, perhaps we just leave off the car names and also lose the hooptie, so like the seciond one of g's minus the hooptie line. Perhaps just nice car or something real generic.

I think that all the ideas are great. Once a design is finalized set it up so that ten can fit on a sheet of 8.5x11 paper and make a .pdf of it and post it on someone's webpage so that we can all access it. Either that or simplify it to a black and white design and I'll have them printed at my job. I work for a printing company in Westbury.
