best = what you want it to do...be quiet...give most hp gains...Myself, I want hp gain...if its the loudest or not...I don't really care...

if you know about the unichip...you must know who sells it...search engine???

you can mod your engine on day one...nothing is stopping you...
However, I would wait till atleast breakin period.

and when search is back up....use that...

Most people would say wait a little longer before you start tearing into mods, like 5000 miles...

So let's see, you basically want a list of every aftermarket part available for Subarus and dyno sheets on each part? Hold on, I've got one here right up my... wait, I've almost got it... ouch! what's that? ooh, there's something... got it! Damn, there's too much muck on it to read... guess you'll just have to play around on i-club for awhile to find all your answers.

My recommendation,

Do a search on the forums for what you're interested in. Everyone here has their own preferences, likes, and dislikes. And a number of the folks here are dealers, vendors, and the like and they of course will try to sell you on their stuff.

If you don't see what you're looking for, ask. Some questions will get you good information and others will die by the wayside.

Unichip - Try TurboXS or COBB Tuning

http://www.cobbtuning.com/

Exhausts - Search the site. What is important to you? Sound, fit, quality, looks, price, HP increase, turbo back, cat back, 2.5" or 3.0" pipe, etc.?

Good Luck!
