Default Dog net for WRX Wagon

so I went to my local dealer for an oil change, and went to the parts counter

asking about one of the Dog "partitions", that they had hanging on the wall

parts guy said that was for a Legacy and there is NO part #, for any impreza wagon's at ALL

so what do you Impreza or WRX wagon owners with dogs do?

is ther a generic brand that fits?

is there a Factory one in the works?

curious

I have one Husky right now and we're about to buy, 2 more Puppy's this month

I need a Dog net/fence quick

Do a search (dog AND cage) going back at least a year. I recall seeing something about Subaru UK selling a dog cage that was made for and fits the WRX wagon.

Default cheammotors.com

I purchased my dog gate from Jim Childs @ cheam motors.
Shipped quick and fits perfectly.

I looked at the cheaper ones at pet stores but they look like they'll scratch the roof trim and really don't fit all that great.

We have 2 huskies also. Lots of fun, but they play hard! At first, we thought they were trying to kill each other!

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I bought a generic gate, and it's a piece of crap. It does indeed put marks on the ceiling, and unless you're VERY careful when you take it in and out, will scratch the side plastic trim. Plus, it vibrates loose every 30 minutes or so. Get a Subaru one if you can.

Frankly though, my 2 huskies (1 adult, 1 5 month old puppy) don't fit in the back very well, I don't see how you'll put 3 back there. My solution is to buy my wife a bigger wagon!

yeah, the pups will be 8 weeks old when we get them, so figure 6 months before they are too big

the problem with getting a subaru one is, There Isn't ONE!!

no Impreza or WRX part # at All

and as far as a bigger wagon, that's kinda tough
since the WRX is our 3rd car and we don't wanna give up Her '99 M3 or my '00 S4

so a 4th car is pushing it, especially since we just bought a house 2 months ago

Excellent, thanks mclmk8d!

I KNEW, they had to make one somewhere, just not available in the U.S. (pretty pathetic on SOA's part)

Now I have a part #
