Ordered my setup through Andrew at ORT, hands down the best customer service I've ever had. Still working on installing the set up, but it's been a fun learning experience. Should be done tonight! Other than e-level sensors, I'm having Dorbitz Designs install those.

2013 SWP sti hatch
Full airlift suspension with E-Level management.

Pics to come soon!

i guess airlift didnt have my struts in stock? so they had to build em, which apparently took 2ish weeks, they were suppose to ship straight to me, but got shipped to accuair.. well the other night i found out im missing my ilevel as well, so accuair is sending my struts and ilevel "today" but we will see.

Wow, sorry that you are having to wait. Mistakes happen...

I know you'll be happy with the new Air Lift struts though! I've been very pleased with mine and put a ton of miles on them. I'm now past 20K on my kit and it still feels as good as it did from day one. I don't know the guys over at Accuair, but everyone at Air Lift has been very helpful and nice to work with.

Why do people insist on getting 8.5 or 9.5 wide wheels and love getting rubber that is way to small for them (215 or 225 etc)?

Do you think it looks good?

I am not putting anyones car or work down they look great except for the wheel and tire combination. It just doesn't make any sense to me. I think it looks terrible...

Why do people insist on coming into a thread and talking about people's personal preferences (wheels or suspension etc)?

Do you think anyone here cares?

I'm not putting anyones opinions or comments down, they could have some validity. It just doesnt make any sense to me. I think its stupid...

i think a lot of people care about that subject and like to post on an open forum to talk about it. dont post your car on the internet if you arent ready for people to voice their opinions.

The cars in this thread for the most part are the same style...The people in this thread dont care "their tires are too small", "the car is ruined from being too low" or "they ruined a rally-car by putting air suspension on it"... They like how the car is and are doing these things on purpose... they dont care if people dont like it...

There wasn't any dislike to the mods, only a question about the tire fitment on the wheel! I was asking if there is a reason that the tire is to small for the wheel.

Such as when the car is dropped the fenders rubs or I like the wheel and made a mistake but it works.

In addition I had mentioned that I think the smaller tire on the bigger wheel looks terrible.

I could care less what you do to YOUR car it isn't mine only yours to personalize. I am just wondering.

What is everyone's thought on ride quality with these I have a 05 wrx and live on dirt roads but also travel alot of pavement I like the low look but can't do it with the potholes and quality of the back roads. So I guess my question is how much of a ride height can you get is there enough to run back roads without screwing anything up but still get low enough for that look and fun in the corners?

My answer to this is yes, the quality can be there if properly setup. One thing I would suggest is that you adjust the bottom bracket on the struts in order to give you more height. The body of the strut is threaded allowing you to adjust where the bracket sits on the strut to maximize lift or drop. However, if you go for more height the amount of low when aired out will not be as much. The wrong way to go about it is to just inflate the bags more. The ride will be very bouncy if the strut itself is fully extended.

No joke.

BTW, the ride looks to be coming along nicely! Can't wait to see it finished.
